Get ready to send the season off in style at the Nickel Plate Nordic Centre Year-End Party!

Join us on March 21, 2026 for a day packed with skiing, costumes, burgers, gear swapping, cheering, and good vibes as we celebrate another amazing winter together.

Kick things off with the 5 KM Fun Costume Race at 10:00 AM. Pull on your wildest summer-inspired outfit, grab your skis, and cruise the trails for laughs, bragging rights, and fun prizes. This race is all about fun over speed, so go big on creativity! REGISTER HERE

Not racing? No problem. Come cheer people on, head out for your own ski, browse the gear sale, or just hang out with the community. Everyone’s welcome to join the celebration.

From 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM, swing by Colleen’s Lodge for the Used Gear Sale. You can swap, sell, or score a deal on ski gear and winter equipment. Perfect for clearing out your garage or upgrading your kit.

And of course… BURGERS. 🍔 At noon, we fire up the grill for our BBQ Lunch. For $25 (cash only) enjoy a beef or veggie burger with chips.

Best of all, all proceeds go toward our new trail groomer, helping keep Nickel Plate’s trails in fantastic shape for seasons to come.
