Masters Programs
Masters Program (Novice)
This program is designed for people who want to maintain a healthy lifestyle with a focus on developing their technical skills and fitness levels to get the most out of recreational skiing. This program is an ideal alternative for people who don't necessarily want to be a competitive racer, yet want to maintain fitness and improve their technique.
The novice program will be a 10-week program commencing this January and will include skill development for both classic and skating techniques including individual video sessions.
We plan to run this program coincidental with the Jack Rabbit program (Saturday mornings) to allow parents an opportunity to improve their own skills. We encourage those interested in becoming future coaches to join our group.
The cost for the Novice Masters Program will be $350.00.

Masters Program (Intermediate/Advanced)
For men and women with good fitness who want to improve and enjoy their skiing more in a group environment. Led by NCCP level 3 coach Jerome Jang.
Improve your classic and skate skiing skills through a progression of
technical drills designed to help you ski faster and more efficiently. Analysis and feedback provided to each skier from a professional coach. Cross train for cycling, running or triathlon in a fun social atmosphere with lots of trail skiing. This program will get you skiing like a pro. There is also the option to compete in ski marathons this winter on our Nickel Plate masters team.
Personalized training programs will be available on request.
Wednesdays 9 am November to March.

Private Lesson $45.00
Semi-Private Lesson (2 people) $35.00 per person
Group Lessons (3 - 8 people max) $30.00 per person

All lessons must be confirmed by the ski school director via phone or email. 48 hours notice normally required, based on availability. Day Pass is extra and may be
purchased at Nickel Plate Nordic Centre at lesson time. Equipment Rental is extra and may be rented from either Nickel Plate Nordic Centre or Peach City Runners & Nordic Ski.
